The Battlecreek Thermophore Arthritis Moist Heat Pad provides controlled intense moist heat, for temporary relief from muscular aches and pains. Feels great on lower back pain, neck pain and arthritic joints. No water, moist packs or towels are needed. A treatment takes only 20 to 30 minutes, yet the beneficial results continue for several hours.
To assure maximum benefit, the Thermophore is weighted to follow the contours of the treatment area. The hot pack has a special tightly-woven flannel cover, which retains moisture from the air. When the unit is turned on, the surge of heat into the cover moves the moisture from the heated flannel to the cooler body tissue.
To be comfortable, place a pillow under
your ankles. If your chest is slightly hunched you may be more
comfortable with a pillow under it. If you are sway backed you may
prefer a pillow under your stomach. Press the pre-set control and
relax for a 20-minute therapy cycle. Allows your hands to be
free during treatments.
CAUTION:
Use your Thermophore Hot Pack carefully. It may cause serious burns.
Do not use on sensitive skin or on a person who has poor
